He has been editor of ISPL, author of 'The RfP for IT outsourcing’ and author of the IT Sourcing best practice for the Dutch government. He is working as a management consultant with Kirkman Company in Baarn, The Netherlands. Kirkman Company is an independent management consultancy organization that specializes in Strategic Sourcing: helping organizations make the right choice about what to make, buy or ally.
Richard advises on the strategic transformation of technology & business process sourcing, outsourcing and offshoring business models. Current clients include sourcing consultants Alsbridge, and the UK Government, on the development of ‘Cloud’ sourcing.
